The following document outlines the terms and conditions for the bluearrowvents.com and bluearrowvents.co.uk website.

bluearrowvents.com and bluearrowvents.co.uk are trading names of The Ventilation Product Shop Limited. Company details are shown at the end of these Terms.

The name "bluearrowvents.com" used throughout this document at all times refers to the websites "https://www.bluearrowvents.com" and " https://www.bluearrowvents.co.uk"

The use of the terms “we and us” in this document at all times refer to “bluearrowvents.com"

The use of the term “you” and “your” refers to Customers who place or wish to place orders with bluearrowvents.com

Your order

Orders and Contract

Your order for goods is accepted and a contract is formed between bluearrowvents.com and you when we despatch the goods you have ordered and not before. A contract is not formed at the point in time that payment has been taken from you by bluearrowvents.com, nor at the point in time that you receive an email from bluearrowvents.com acknowledging receipt of your order. Until the goods are despatched the order may not be accepted by bluearrowvents.com, or may be cancelled by you. Exceptions apply to goods made to your order which cannot be cancelled by you once you have received an email confirmation that your order has been received; as such items and goods may already be in production as a result of your order. Following formation of the contract, bluearrowvents.com shall continue to own any goods ordered until it has received payment in full from you, even though the goods may have already been delivered to you. Purchases from bluearrowvents.com will be charged the day the order is received unless an account or other arrangement has been agreed with you.

Cancelling your order

You have the right to cancel your order as long as you do so no later than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or service. Please be aware that your right to cancel does not apply to items made or customised to your order unless the goods you receive are significantly different from the drawing/specification agreed by all parties prior to the production of the items.

You must inform us of your wish to cancel in writing either by letter, email, or by using the contact form on the website or call 01457 872840 within a period of 14 days beginning on the day after the day you receive your goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and not use them. You should return goods to us in their original packaging, wherever possible, within 14 days of informing us of your wish to cancel. If you return goods to us, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage to them during transit and we recommend that you use a recorded or secure delivery method. If goods are lost or damaged in transit, we may charge you, or not refund to you, amounts that are attributable to the loss or damage. See RETURNS section for details of how to return goods to us.

Delivery options

Goods are despatched as soon as possible after receipt of your order. We offer next business day delivery for all orders placed before 1pm Monday to Thursday and 11am Friday. If we are unable to meet these deadlines we will advise you immediately or as soon as possible following receipt of your order.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are shown in the online shopping basket when you add an item. The charges shown are those in operation at the time of completing these Terms and Conditions. Changes to the delivery charges can be made at the discretion of bluearrowvents.com.

Orders for delivery to the area known as the Highlands and Islands of Scotland will incur an additional charge for next day delivery. Please call or email us and we will confirm the total cost.

Your delivery address

We will deliver to either the address of the individual or business placing the order or to an alternative address if required. The address details of both the person/business ordering the products and the delivery address (if different) will be required to be entered at the time of order checkout and payment. You are responsible for ensuring all details (including postcode are correct).

Payment for Goods

bluearrowvents.com accept all major credit and debit cards as payment for purchases. Payment can be taken online or by telephone (for made to measure / bespoke items). We use the services of Worldpay to accept payments. Worldpay are one of the largest providers of payment services in the world.

The taking of payment from you by bluearrowvents.com does not indicate that a contract has been formed between you and bluearrowvents.com. By placing a telephone order or by completing and submitting the electronic order form including your payment details you are making an offer to purchase goods which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Payment will be refunded to you if your offer is later refused or rejected.

Prices

The prices shown are exclusive of any value added tax. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may have to be altered up or down, including any alterations to the rate of value added tax. The current price will be shown when you place your order. All prices shown are cash prices in sterling.

Privacy

We want you to be confident that your Personal and Corporate information is safe and secure.

When you buy goods from us, you are entering into a contract with us (subject to the details outlined above) we will ask you to provide some personal information such as name, address, and financial details.

bluearrowvents.com do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment (in which case only limited information is provided sufficient to fulfil the order) or where there is statutory or other legal requirement to share the information.

Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart.

All orders for products are subject to availability. In the rare occurrence goods are not in stock we will advise you as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
